More than 120,000 Americans are waiting for a lifesaving organ transplant. Including 22,000 Californians and 357 Kern County residents. Sadly, 22 of them die each day.
Donors turn tragedy into hope. One donor can save 8 lives and enhance 75 others through organ, eye and tissue donation. But just 3 in 1,000 people die in a way that allows for organ donation.
94% of Americans say they support organ, eye and tissue donation. But only 54% have actually signed up to be donors. By registering you take a stand to make sure that if tragedy strikes, your heroic legacy can live on.
Bring Got the Dot? to your organization
The only way for us to save more lives is to share the heroic opportunity to change lives with as many people in our community as possible. Transplant recipients, donor families and registered donors (like you!) are the most powerful voices we have.
We’d love to partner with you at your workplace, church, synagogue, mosque, gym, or club – you name it – to share the stories of lives transformed by organ, eye and tissue donation and the opportunity we all have to become heroes.
